Booking Terms and Conditions\n
Please don\u2019t hesitate to contact us at any time by phone, email or Contact Form with any queries before booking so we can help you decide on the best tour to suit your requirements and interests. \n

Payment:\n
We require a 25% deposit at the time you book your tour\n(Non-refundable except if Foot Luce Walking Tours cancel in exceptional circumstances).\n\nFull payment must be received 14 days in advance of your tour\nWe accept payment in \u00a3 Sterling only via Electronic Bank Transfer. \n

Cancellation:\n
Please contact us as early as possible to make any changes to your scheduled tour and we will do our utmost to accommodate your requests.\nIf due to exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, Government COVID-19 or other general safety regulations, or other unforeseen land use restrictions such as Forestry Work being undertaken, Foot Luce Walking Tours reserves the right to amend or cancel any itinerary.\nYour Foot Luce Walking Tours guides will do their utmost to ensure that tours proceed as planned; however, if your Foot Luce guides are required to make any minor changes to an itinerary due to circumstances beyond their control, no refund of monies will be paid for that tour. \n

Customer personal property is carried entirely at the owner\u2019s risk and Foot Luce Walking tours shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage to personal property.\nChildren under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times during a tour. The minimum age for our tours is 12 years old.\nFoot Luce Walking Tours reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whose conduct or manner is likely to cause offense or upset to others on the tour. \n
